What hinges do you use?

Blum 155 degree hinges with integral soft close are used as standard.

How are the doors and panels made?

We have a vast number of door styles available which is why we like to invite clients to our studio to select everything. Everything from painted cabinets to melamine to laminate to shaker to gloss is available and more. All of our doors are guaranteed for 10 years.

How are the carcases made?

All of our carcases are produced using 18mm solid and moisture-resistant Egger melamine faced chipboard throughout, including the back. Our cabinets are constructed using a cam and dowel system. All panels within the cabinet are finished with a 1mm ABS edge tape. Our carcases have a lifetime guarantee.

Are there any size restrictions to your cabinets?

Not really. We should we able to meet most requirements.

Can you come to my home and measure?

Yes. Initially, we would do a no-obligation design consultation with you after receiving your rough room measurements and requirements to give you an idea of cost over a video call.  If you would like to go ahead we would then invite you to our design studio in North London to finalise the design and select your finish. Should you wish to proceed we would ask for a 10 per cent deposit and then come to your house to take final measurements. We have been using this process for several years in our kitchen business and we find it works very well. We are a small team, we don’t employ salespeople and this process keeps our costs down which enables us to make our pricing very competitive.

I want a home office in the eaves of my loft space. How do I measure for those?

Please get in touch with us directly regarding eaves and we will give you more information.

How complicated is it to measure up for a home office?

It might seem a bit scary at first, but it really isn’t complicated. Remember also this is only to serve as a guide to us. If you decide you would like us to design and supply your home office, then we will come to dry measure your space.

In order to measure, the first step is to grab a piece of paper and roughly draw the shape of your room. Measure the width of each wall and jot down the measurements as you go. Please remember to include the placement of any doors and windows and highlight where along each wall you’ll find sockets too. Now, measure the height of the room and note this on the plan too.

Keep this piece of paper as you will be emailing it over to us shortly!

Will you project manage my home office?

Yes. We can do as little or as much as required. We can just supply the cabinetry, but we can also manage any building work required and the installation too. It’s entirely up to you what you want from us. If you do want us for supply of the furniture only, then we supply very detailed installation instructions. We are always delighted to chat to your fitters and they are welcome to call us with any queries. In fact, we are always happy to answer any questions before, during and after installation.

What happens if there are any damages?

It does on occasion occur that an item may be damaged in transit. Rest assured, we will immediately replace any damaged items. Carcases can be sent down very quickly. However, doors and panels may take longer to replace.

What are the delivery arrangements and timings?

Once your order is signed off, your home office will be delivered to you within 7 weeks. We will be able to advise you of the delivery week once the order is processed. We will then be able to give you the exact day of delivery approximately 2 weeks beforehand. We will be able to advise you of the delivery time the morning of the delivery.

How do the cabinets arrive?

All of our cabinets arrive rigid. Anything oversized may arrive flat-packed to avoid damage in transit and to ensure they can be delivered without any problems.
